【摘要】 浙江大学医学院是全国首家"临床医学博士后"项目试点实施单位。临床医学博士后项目旨在通过全程导师制、多学科团队合作结合虚拟仿真教学技术及分阶段师资培训等探索我国拔尖创新型临床人才培养的新模式。该项目实施三年来,已为培养具备高水平临床思维、临床操作能力、教学能力、创新能力、人文素养和职业素质的医学人才提供了保障,创建了一个具有中国特色的临床医学学科高水平人才培养体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Zhejiang University School of Medicine launched the first postdoctoral Clinical Medicine program in China. The post-doctoral program of clinical medicine aims to explore a new mode of training top-notch and innovative clinical talents in China through the whole tutorial system, multi-disciplinary teamwork, virtual simulation teaching technology and phased teacher training.
