甲维盐与杀螺胺乙醇胺盐对钉螺的联合毒力及田间效果测定

【摘要】 为筛选防治钉螺的高效药剂,采用浸螺法测定了甲维盐与杀螺胺乙醇胺盐对钉螺的毒力,通过田间药效试验,评价了药剂组合对钉螺的田间效果。结果表明:甲维盐对钉螺显示了很好的室内毒力,LC50为0.039 mg/L,杀螺胺乙醇胺盐与甲维盐在1:20~20:1比例范围内对钉螺显示了很好的增效作用,CTC均大于120,其中以1:10增效作用最为显著,CTC为399.20,24%杀螺胺乙醇胺盐·甲维盐乳油在0.5~2 mL/m2施药浓度下对钉螺显示了很好的田间防效,显著高于对照药剂70%杀螺胺乙醇胺盐可湿性粉剂和克蜗特。

【Abstract】 To select efficient insecticides to control Oncomelania hupensis, the co-toxicity and control effects of emametin benzoate and niclosamide ethanolamine were detected using immersion method, a field test was also conducted. The results showed that LC50 of emametin benzoate to Oncomelania hupensis was 0.039 mg/L,when the mass ratio of niclosamide ethanolamine and emametin benzoate was 1:20-20:1, the co-toxicity coefficient(CTC) was more than 120, the CTC was 399.20 when the mass ratio was 1:10. 24% emametin benzoate·niclosamide ethanolamine EC was made and the control efficacy was tested, the results showed that the effect was better than that of 70% niclosamide ethanolamine WP and Kewote under the applied concentration of 0.5-2 mL/m2.
