酒曲害虫发生规律及其防治方法研究进展

【摘要】 酒曲在酿造过程中用量约为投粮量的20%~50%,随着现代化的进程,规模以上的白酒企业越来越多,曲虫危害造成的损失日渐凸显。为了能够更加合理有效的对曲虫进行防治,该文从酒曲害虫发生规律、危害及防治方法三方面进行了综述,同时对目前曲虫防治存在的问题及可继续深入研究的方向进行了探讨,旨在为曲虫防治提供借鉴。

【Abstract】 The amount of Jiuqu used in the brewing process was about 20%-50% of the grain input. With the progress of modernization, there were more and more Baijiu enterprises with the large-scale, and the losses caused by Jiuqu insects were increasingly prominent. In order to prevent and control Jiuqu insects more reasonably and effectively, the outbreak regularity the harm and control methods of Jiuqu insects were summarized, and the existing problems and further researching direction of the control were discussed, in order to provide reference for Jiuqu insects control.
