电子文件“电子化归档”相关概念辨析及浙江实践
Distinctions of the Concepts of Electronic Records "Electronic Archiving" And Zhejiang Practices
【摘要】 本文对与电子文件归档和电子档案管理相关的"单轨制""双轨制""单套制""双套制"等概念进行了梳理与辨析,主张采用电子文件"电子化归档"和电子档案"电子化管理"的概念,并介绍了电子文件"电子化归档"的浙江经验。
【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the concepts related to electronic records archiving and electronic archives management, suggests to use the concepts of electronic records "e-archiving" and electronic archives "e-management", and introduces the practices of electronic records "e-archiving" in Zhejiang.
