【摘要】 高校档案工作就其内涵来讲,应该包括三个层面,即档案工作的基础层面,档案管理;档案工作的核心层面,档案文化建设;档案工作的外围层面,档案服务拓展。从内在联系来看,这三个层面是相互依存、相互促进的。档案管理是档案文化建设及服务拓展的基础,档案文化建设是深化档案管理的重要途径,档案的服务拓展又是把档案工作做大做强的必要手段。更多还原
