【Abstract】 Intracranial pressure(ICP), an important clinical variable after acute traumatic brain injury(TBI), has attracted more and more attention from clinicians. Its clinical significance can not only be used to determine whether patients have surgical indications, but also be reflected in the whole process of diagnosis and treatment of patients with acute TBI. At present, many researchers have improved the monitoring methods of ICP, and in the process of intervening in ICP, they have further mined this value, so a lot of related derived data came into being. These data more fully reflect the physical characteristics of ICP, pulsatility and compliance, and provide more accurate guided treatment.In this paper, the methods of monitoring ICP in recent years and the application of new ideas in acute TBI are reviewed as follows.更多还原
