【摘要】 目的探讨关于综合护理在肝硬化腹水患者中的应用价值。方法选取医院消化内科2018年3月至2019年3月收治的80例肝硬化腹水患者,并将这选取的80例肝硬化腹水患者利用随机数表法将其分为两组,分别是对照组和观察组。其中,对照组40例,给予传统护理干预,而观察组40例,给予综合护理干预。比较两组患者经过护理后,住院时间以及生命质量评分。结果经过护理后住院时间以及生命质量评分的对比,观察组患者的生命质量明显高于对照组患者,同时住院时间观察组患者明显短于对照组且P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论临床中治疗肝硬化腹水患者中联合综合护理干预,不仅减少了患者的住院时间,同时提升了患者的生命质量,在临床中具有相当重要的价值作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the value of comprehensive nursing in patients with cirrhosis and ascites. Methods Eighty patients with cirrhosis and ascites admitted to the department of gastroenterology from March 2018 to March2019 were enrolled. The selected 80 patients with cirrhosis and ascites were randomly divided into two groups, which were control group and observation group. Among them, 40 patients in the control group were given traditional nursing intervention, while 40 patients in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention. After nursing, hospitalization time and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups. Results After the nursing time and quality of life scores, the quality of life of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The hospitalization time was significantly shorter in the observation group than in the control group,and P<0.05. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The combined comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with cirrhosis and ascites in clinical practice not only reduces the hospitalization time of patients, but also improves the quality of life of patients, which has a very important value in clinical practice.更多还原
