湖南某低品位钨矿工艺矿物学研究
Process Mineralogy Study on a Low Grade Tungsten Ore Deposit in Hunan
【摘要】 采用扫描电镜能谱仪(SEM-EDS)、矿物自动检测仪(MLA)等分析检测技术,对湖南某低品位钨矿原矿的矿物组成、目的矿物的嵌布特征、嵌布粒度、解离度以及主要有价元素在矿石中的赋存状态进行了系统研究。结果表明:该矿石中主要有价金属为钨,目的矿物为白钨矿和黑钨矿,其理论品位分别为79.44%和73.22%,理论回收率分别为77.74%和10.50%。白钨矿嵌布粒度较粗,主要粒度分布范围为0.02~0.64 mm,具良好的解离性;黑钨矿嵌布粒度粗细不均,主要分布于0.32 mm以下粒级,其中小于0.01 mm的难选粒级占有率为15.2%,且与石英、绢云母等脉石矿物紧密连生,解离度稍差。磁性分析表明原矿中钨主要富集于非磁产品和480 mT磁性段产品中。采用"磁选-重选-浮选"的选矿工艺流程,即预先磁选分离黑钨矿与白钨矿,进而通过重选得到黑钨精矿,浮选得到白钨精矿,可较好的回收原矿中的钨。
【Abstract】 The mineral composition, dissemination characteristics, dissemination particle size, dissociation degree and occurrence state of main valuable elements in a low-grade tungsten ore in Hunan were systematically studied by means of scanning electron microscope energy spectrometer(SEM-EDS), mineral liberation analyser(MLA) and other analysis technologies. The results show that the main valuable metal of the ore is tungsten, and the target minerals are scheelite and wolframite, with theoretical grade of 79.44 % and 73.22 %, and theoretical recovery rate of 77.74 % and 10.50 % respectively. Scheelite is coarser in disseminated particle size, with the main particle size blow ranging from 0.02 mm to 0.64 mm, which has better dissociation capability. The disseminated wolframite has uneven grain size, with the main dissemination particle size blow 0.32 mm. The proportion of refractory grains with grain size less than 0.01 mm is 15.2 %. The wolframite is closely associated with gangue minerals such as quartz and sericite, with slightly poor dissociation degree. Magnetic analysis shows that tungsten in the raw ore is mainly concentrated in nonmagnetic products and 480 mT magnetic segment products. The beneficiation process of "magnetic separation-gravity separation-flotation" is adopted, i.e. the wolframite and scheelite are separated by magnetic separation in advance, then the wolframite concentrate is obtained by gravity separation, and scheelite concentrate is obtained by flotation, thus tungsten in the crude ore can be well recovered.
