【摘要】 类风湿关节炎(RA)是造成我国人群劳动力丧失与致残的主要病因之一。该病病情复杂,病程迁延反复,目前的治疗还停留在改善患者疼痛症状、延缓关节畸形破坏的阶段,无法根治。临床及动物实验研究证实,电针治疗不仅具有良好的镇痛作用,更为重要的是可以调控炎症细胞因子及其相关信号通路,改善RA发生发展的内环境,减轻炎症反应,进而达到有效治疗的目的。本文对近年来电针治疗RA的基础和临床研究进行综述,以期更好地阐释其治疗机制,为临床应用提供借鉴和参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Rheumatoid arthritis(RA) is one of the major causes to bring about disability and cripple in Chinese population. Because of the complicated condition, and prolonged and repeated course, RA’s treatment is still in the process of releasing pain symptoms, and delaying joint deformity and destruction, as a result, RA can not be cured radically at present. In clinical and animal experimental studies, treatment of electroacupuncture has been proved to have good analgesic effect, what’s more, it can regulate inflammatory cytokines and related signaling pathways, improve the internal environment of the occurrence and development of RA, alleviate inflammation reaction and then achieve the goal of effective treatment. In order to better elucidate the therapeutic mechanism of electroacupuncture, to provide the references and experiences for clinical application, the related documents in recent years are reviewed including fundamental and clinical studies in this paper.更多还原
