【摘要】 目的探讨模型模拟教学法联合PBL教学法在门诊抽血室实习带教中的应用效果。方法选取2017年4月～2018年3月来医院门诊部抽血室实习的84名护生随机均分为对照组和观察组,每组42名,对照组采取常规教学法带教,观察组采取模型模拟教学法联合PBL教学法。比较两组护生的静脉采血成功率、患者满意度及护生对教学方法的满意度评分和护生的出科成绩。结果观察组护生的静脉采血成功率、患者满意度及护生对教学方法的满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组护生的出科理论成绩及静脉采血操作成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在门诊抽血室应用模型模拟教学法联合PBL教学法对护生进行带教有利于提高护生的学习兴趣和积极主动性,提高他们的临床操作能力和理论联系实践的能力,效果优于传统教学法,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of model simulation teaching method combined with PBL teaching method in outpatient blood drawing room practice teaching. Methods From April 2017 to March 2018, 84 nursing students who came to the blood drawing room of the department of outpatient in the hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 42 students in each group. The control group was taught by routine teaching method, and the observation group was taught by model simulation teaching method combined with PBL teaching method. The success rate of venous blood drawing, patients′ satisfaction and nursing students′satisfaction score with teaching methods and nursing students′ achievements in department were compared between the two groups. Results The success rate of venous blood drawing, patients′ satisfaction and nursing students′ satisfaction score with teaching methods in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The theoretical results and venous blood drawing operation scores of nursing students in the observation group were also higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of model simulation teaching method combined with PBL teaching method in the outpatient blood drawing room is beneficial to improve the learning interest and initiative of nursing students, and to improve their clinical operation ability and the ability of linking theory with practice.The effect is better than the traditional teaching method and is worth popularizing.更多还原
