【摘要】 目的探讨围术期综合护理在皮肤牵张器治疗下肢皮肤软组织缺损患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院2013年5月～2018年5月收治的60例下肢皮肤软组织缺损患者,按照应用皮肤牵张器的手术先后时间分成观察组和对照组,每组各30例。观察组给予围术期综合护理,对照组给予常规护理干预,用术后创面面积等指标来评价两组的治疗效果。结果两组干预后平均创面面积均逐渐缩小,且观察组术后第3、5天的平均创面面积均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后持续牵张时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组和对照组术后创面感染率分别为3%和27%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论围术期综合护理在皮肤牵张器治疗下肢皮肤软组织缺损患者中的应用效果显著,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application effect of perioperative comprehensive nursing in patients with lower limb skin and soft tissue defects treated by skin stretching device. Methods Sixty patients with skin and soft tissue defects of the lower limbs from May 2013 to May 2018 in our hospital were selected. The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the operation time of skin stretcher, 30 cases in each group. The observation group was given perioperative comprehensive nursing and the control group was given routine nursing intervention. The effects were evaluated by comparing the indicators such as postoperative wound area and others. Results The average wound area of the two groups was gradually reduced after intervention, but the area on the 3 thand 5 thdays after operation in observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The duration of stretch in observation group was significantly shorter than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). The postoperative wound infection rate of the observation group and the control group was respectively 3% and 27%, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The overall satisfaction of the observation group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Perioperative comprehensive nursing is effective in the treatment of skin soft tissue defects in lower limbs with skin stretching device. It is worth to be promoted.更多还原
