三种不同盆底康复综合疗法在中老年妇女子宫脱垂中的干预效果对比

【摘要】 目的探讨不同盆底康复综合疗法对中老年妇女子宫脱垂的干预效果。方法选取2017年8月~2018年4月我院收治的120例子宫脱垂老年患者作为研究对象,随机分为A、B、C组,每组各40例。A组行电刺激结合生物反馈法进行治疗,B组在A组的基础上加用盆底肌肉锻炼法进行治疗,C组在A组的基础上加用盆底康复器进行治疗,比较治疗前后患者的盆底肌功能变化、临床总有效率及生活质量评分的改变。结果三组患者治疗后的盆底肌功能和生活质量评分均高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。C组患者的临床总有效率为95.0%,显著高于A组的80.0%和B组的82.5%,治疗后盆底肌功能和生活质量评分均高于A和B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电刺激结合生物反馈法、盆底康复器进行功能训练对患者的子宫脱垂康复具有很大作用,值得临床推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of different pelvic floor rehabilitation interventions on uterine prolapse in middle-aged and elderly women. Methods A total of 120 cases of patients with uterine prolapse admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to April 2018 were selected as the subjects of study. They were randomly divided into group A, group B, group C, 40 patients in each group. Patients in group A were treated with electrical stimulation combined with biofeedback therapy, while patients in group B were given pelvic floor muscle exercise on the basis of group A. Patients in group C were given pelvic floor rehabilitator device intervention on the basis of group A. The changes of pelvic floor muscle function, clinical total effective rate and quality of life score were compared among three groups before and after treatment. Results The pelvic floor muscle function and quality of life scores of the three groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment, with significant differences(P<0.05). The total effective rate in group C was 95%, which was significantly higher than 80% in group A and 82.5% in group B, the pelvic floor muscle function and the scores of quality of life after treatment in group C were significantly higher than those in group A and group B(P<0.05). Conclusion Electrical stimulation combined with biofeedback combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation device for functional training has great effect on the rehabilitation of patients with prolapse of uterus, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
