【摘要】 目的探讨复方硫酸亚铁叶酸片治疗妊娠期缺铁性贫血的临床效果。方法选取2015年3月～2016年4月我院收治的82例妊娠期缺铁性贫血患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(41例)和观察组(41例),对照组采用琥珀酸亚铁进行治疗,观察组采用复方硫酸亚铁叶酸片进行治疗。比较两组患者的治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率及红细胞、血红蛋白(Hb)和血清铁蛋白(SF)的水平。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为92.68%,高于对照组的78.05%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的头晕、食欲下降和腹痛等不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的红细胞、Hb和SF水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方硫酸亚铁叶酸片对妊娠期缺铁性贫血患者的临床疗效显著,可有效升高红细胞、Hb和SF水平,降低不良反应的发生,具有较高安全性,可在临床上推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of Compound Ferrous Sulfate Folic Acid Tablets in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy. Methods From March 2015 to April 2016, a total of 82 patients with iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy admitted to our hospital were selected as the study subjects, they were divided into control group(41 cases) and observation group(41 cases) according to random number table method, the control group was treated with Ferrous Succinate, while the observation group was treated with Compound Ferrous Sulfate Folic Acid Tablets. The total effective rate, incidence of adverse reactions and levels of erythrocyte, hemoglobin(Hb) and serum ferritin(SF) were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 92.68% in the observation group, which was higher than 78.05% in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions such as dizziness, loss of appetite and abdominal pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The levels of erythrocyte, Hb and SF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Compound Ferrous Sulfate Folic Acid Tablets has a significant clinical effect on iron deficiency anemia in pregnancy. It can effectively increase the levels of red blood cells, Hb and SF, and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions. It has high safety and can be widely used in clinic.更多还原
