海南淮山根结线虫病发生传播规律及防控措施研究
The Regularity of Occurrence and Spread, and Control Measures of Chinese Yam Root-knot Nematodes in Hainan Island
【摘要】 淮山作为海南省主要经济作物之一,受到土壤根结线虫的危害日趋严重,明确淮山根结线虫发生分布规律及传播途径对防治线虫病具有重要意义。本研究对海南海口、澄迈、临高根结线虫土层垂直分布规律进行了研究,结果表明,淮山根结线虫二龄幼虫主要分布于30~40cm土层深度,其次为20~30cm土层;带病土壤、田间病残体和带病种薯都具有传播根结线虫的能力。不同措施对淮山根结线虫的防控研究表明,75%噻唑膦EC 250mL/亩、0.3%苦参碱水剂浸种12h和5%阿维菌素微囊悬浮剂450g/亩3个处理无论对淮山根结线虫二龄幼虫还是对根结的控制均表现了良好的防控效果。
【Abstract】 Chinese yam is one of the main cash crops in Hainan island. The damage of Chinese yam is increasing caused by soil root-knot nematodes. And it is meaningful to clear its regularity of occurrence and spread. In this study,the vertical distribution regularities of the soil layers of Haikou city, Chengmai County and Lingao County were studied.The results showed that the second instar larvae mainly distributed in the soil layer depth of 30~40 cm, followed by the soil layer of 20~30 cm.The ability of spreading second-stage juveniles of root knot nematodes was found in diseased soil, field residues, and diseased plants.The study on the prevention and control of root knot nematode of Chinese yam by different measures showed that the three treatments of 75% thiazole phosphonec EC 250 mL/mu, 0.3% matrine AS soaking the seeds for 12 h, or 5% avermectin CS used for 450 g/mu all showed good control effects on both the second instar larvae and the root knot of Chinese yam.
