肺炎支原体检测试剂盒快速培养法与LAMP法用于肺炎支原体检测研究

【摘要】 目的:分析肺炎支原体检测试剂盒快速培养法与LAMP法用于肺炎支原体检测的价值。方法:选取本院儿科2017年1月~2018年6月收治的疑似肺炎支原体肺炎患儿100例作为研究对象,分别给予肺炎支原体检测试剂盒快速培养法与LAMP法检测肺炎支原体,同时与实时荧光定量PCR法做比对,分析两种检测方法的实验反应时间与阳性率。结果:LAMP法检测肺炎支原体的实验反应时间短于肺炎支原体检测试剂盒快速培养法,阳性率高于快速培养法,P<0.05。结论:LAMP法用于肺炎支原体检测的实验反应时间较短、阳性率较高,有很好的应用前景。未来应加深对LAMP法检测肺炎支原体的研究,克服检测中的困难,扩大LAMP法检测肺炎支原体的应用范围。

【Abstract】 Objective: The value of rapid culture of Mycoplasma pneumoniae test kit and LAMP method for Mycoplasma pneumoniae detection was analyzed. Methods: 100 cases of suspected Mycoplasma pneumoniae admitted from January 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the subjects, rapid culture and LAMP were given, and the experimental response time and positive rate of the two methods were analyzed. Results: The experimental response time of detecting Mycoplasma pneumoniae by LAMP method is shorter than that of rapid culture of Mycoplasma pneumoniae test kit, P<0.05. Conclusion: The LAMP method has a good application prospect because of its short response time and high positive rate. In the future, we should deepen the research on the detection of Mycoplasma pneumoniae by LAMP method, overcome the difficulties in the detection, and expand the application scope of LAMP method to detect Mycoplasma pneumoniae.
