【摘要】 目的评价复方樟柳碱联合维生素B12治疗特发性眼睑痉挛的有效性与安全性。方法选取2014年3月至2018年7月在某院眼科就诊的特发性眼睑痉挛患者42例48只眼为研究对象,按随机数表法分为观察组和对照组。观察组患眼侧以复方樟柳碱2 mL颞浅动脉旁皮下注射联合维生素B120.5 mL眼轮匝肌注射。对照组患眼侧以复方樟柳碱2 mL颞浅动脉旁皮下注射。两组均注射1次/d,连续14 d。治疗后随访6个月,评估两组患者的临床疗效、总有效率、复发率、不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗后完全缓解率、明显缓解率、部分缓解率分别为41.67%、37.50%、16.67%,对照组治疗后完全缓解率、明显缓解率、部分缓解率分别为16.67%、20.83%、29.17%;两组间差异有高度统计学意义(U=-2.979,P<0.01)。观察组总有效率为95.83%,对照组总有效率为66.67%;两组间差异有统计学意义(U=4.923,P <0.05)。观察组复发率为8.33%,对照组复发率为37.50%,两组间差异有统计学意义(U=4.426,P<0.05)。观察组眼睑皮下瘀血发生率为16.67%,对照组眼睑皮下瘀血发生率为12.50%,两组间差异无统计学意义(U=0.000,P>0.05)。未见严重副作用或并发症。结论复方樟柳碱联合维生素B12局部注射是一种安全性高,效果更好的治疗特发性眼睑痉挛的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To estimate the effect and safety of compound anisodine combined with vitamin B₁₂ in treatment of essential blepharospasm.Me thods 42 patients（48 eyes） diagnosed with essential blepharospasm in Tianjin Gongan Hospital were selected from March 2014 to July 2018 and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was treated with injecting of 2 mL compound anisodine into the superficial temporal artery beside the sick eye（s） combined with injecting vitamin B120.5 m L into orbicularis oculi muscle.The control group was treated with injecting 2 m L compound anisodine beside the superficial temporal artery of the sick eye（s）.In both groups all the patients were injected once a day for 14 consecutive days.The clinical curative effect,the total effective rate,the recurrence rate and the adverse reaction rate of the two groups were estimated 6 months after the therapy.Re s ults The complete remission rate,significant remission rate and partial remission rate of the observation group were 41.67%,37.50% and 16.67% while those of the control group were 16.67%,20.83% and 29.17%.The difference of the effects between the two groups was statistically significant（U =-2.979,P <0.01）.The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.83% while that of the control group was 66.67%.The difference of the total effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant（U =4.923,P <0.05）.The recurrence rate of the observation group was 8.33% while that of the control group was 37.50%.The difference of the recurrence rate between the two groups was statistically significant（U =4.426,P<0.05）.The incidence of eyelid ecchymosis of the observation group was 16.67% while that of the control group was 12.50%.The difference of the incidence of eyelid ecchymosis between the two groups was not statistically significant（U =0.000,P >0.05）.There were no serious side effects or complications in both groups.Conclus ion The local injection of compound anisodine combined with vitamin B₁₂ is safe and effective for the treatment of essential blepharospasm.更多还原
