低脂肉鸡选育方法研究进展

【摘要】 肉鸡腹脂沉积过多有许多负面影响,选育节粮型低脂肉鸡配套系是我国也是世界范围内肉鸡育种的重要目标之一。本文对利用表型直接选择、利用血液生化标记进行间接选择,以及分子标记辅助选择、全基因组选择等方面对低脂肉鸡的选育方法进行了综述。

【Abstract】 Excessive abdominal fat deposition has many negative effects on broiler industry, selection for low fat broiler line has been one of the most important goals worldwide. In this review, the phenotype selection method, the biochemical marker selection, MAS, and GWAS methods for breeding low fat broiler line were summarized.
