【摘要】 本研究探讨了纸笔重复法与空书法对英语词汇学习的影响。研究以山东某实验中学的两个平行班共80名初三学生为被试,两个班分别通过纸笔重复法和空书法记忆英语单词。通过收集、分析即时测试和一周后的延时测试数据,发现:(1)中国初中生可以通过纸笔重复法与空书法学习英语单词;(2)在英语词汇辨认及英语词汇回忆方面,纸笔重复法与空书法对英语词汇记忆的影响并无显著差异;(3)在英语词汇辨认及英语词汇回忆方面,纸笔重复法与空书法对英语词汇保持的影响并无显著差异。本研究为中国英语词汇教学提供了启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study explores possible differential effects of paper-and-pen writing and air writing on English vocabulary memorization and retention.Eighty eighth-grade students from two classes of an experimental middle school in Shandong Province were selected as subjects.The two classes were taught to memorize nine English words through paper-and-pen writing and air writing respectively.Their answers in an immediate posttest and a delayed posttest were collected and scored for accuracy.Analysis of the data shows that:(1)Chinese middle school students can acquire English words both through paper-and-pen writing and through air writing;(2)there is no significant difference in the effect between paper-and-pen writing and air writing on English vocabulary memorization,measured either by a vocabulary recall task or by a vocabulary recognition task;(3)there is no significant difference in the effect between paper-and-pen writing and air writing on English vocabulary retention,measured either by a vocabulary recall task or by a vocabulary recognition task.The results of this study have some implications for the teaching of English vocabulary in China.更多还原
