【摘要】 目的基于DRGs综合评价某三级综合医院各科室2016年绩效情况,为医院管理、专科评价、制定政策提供科学依据。方法根据2016年各科室总权重、DRGs组数、CMI指数、费用消耗指数、时间消耗指数,联用TOPSIS与RSR方法进行科室绩效综合评价。结果对医院各科室(病区)的绩效评价结果进行了排序,儿科Ⅰ病区(0.61)、心内科Ⅲ病区(0.52)、心内科Ⅱ病区(0.51)、普外Ⅱ病区(0.51)、急诊ICU(0.51)等科室排名靠前,神经康复Ⅰ病区(0.19)、骨科康复Ⅰ病区(0.19)、骨科康复Ⅱ病区(0.19)、睡眠科(0.19)、PICU(0.16)等科室排名靠后。各科室的绩效表现分为优、良、一般、较差四档,儿科Ⅰ病区等5个科室为优,心内科Ⅰ病区等42个科室为良,骨科Ⅴ病区等24个科室为一般,神经康复Ⅰ病区等5个科室表现较差。结论联用TOPSIS与RSR方法综合评价临床科室DRGs指标可对科室绩效情况排序和分档,改善医疗服务质量,优化资源配置,有实际意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Comprehensive evaluation of the performance of each department in a three grade general hospital in 2016 based on DRGs, provides a scientific basis for hospital specialist evaluation and management policy formulation.Methods According to the total weight, DRGs group number, CMI index, cost consumption index and time consumption index of each department in 2016, the comprehensive evaluation of department performance was conducted by TOPSIS and RSR. Results The results of performance evaluation in various departments of the hospital were ranked as follows:pediatric wardⅠ(0.61), cardiology ward Ⅲ(0.52), cardiology sectionⅡ(0.51), general external disease area(0.51),Emergency ICU(0.51) and other departments ranked top. Neurological rehabilitation(0.19),orthopaedics rehabilitationⅠ(0.19),orthopaedics rehabilitationⅡ(0.19)and sleeping(0.19),PICU(0.16)were ranked the lowest.The performance evaluation results of each department(Ward) in the hospital were sorted, and the performance of each department was divided into four categories: excellent, good, general and bad. 5 departments, such as pediatrics ward Ⅰ, were excellent. 42 departments, such as Cardiology ward Ⅰ, were good. 24 departments, such as orthopedics ward Ⅴ, were general. Neurological rehabilitation wardⅠand other 4 departments performed worse. Conclusion Combining TOPSIS and RSR to evaluate DRGs of clinical departments comprehensively can rank and classify the performance of departments,improve the quality of medical services and optimize the allocation of resources, which is of practical significance.更多还原
