【摘要】 目的观察补肾壮骨膏治疗围绝经期骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法选取2014年3月～2017年3月在我院就诊的围绝经期骨质疏松症患者80例,随机分为观察组与对照组。观察组40例,服用补肾壮骨膏、碳酸钙片;对照组40例,口服克龄蒙、碳酸钙片。观察组及对照组以4周为1个疗程,3个疗程结束后评估两组治疗效果,检测骨骼矿物质密度(BMD)及性激素(雌激素E2、卵泡刺激素FSH)。结果 3个月后随访,观察组总有效率90.0%高于对照组82.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组BMD治疗前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组E2水平明显高于对照组,FSH水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补肾壮骨膏治疗围绝经期骨质疏松症临床疗效显著,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Bushen Zhuanggu ointment in the treatment of peri-menopausal osteoporosis. Methods Eighty patients with perimenopausal osteoporosis who were treated in our hospital from March2014 to March 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. 40 patients in the observation group were treated with Bushen Zhuanggu ointment and calcium carbonate tablets. 40 patients in the control group were treated with kemeng, calcium carbonate tablets orally. The observation group and the control group were treated for four weeks as a course of treatment. After the end of the three courses, the therapeutic effects of the two groups were evaluated. The bone mineral density(BMD) and sex hormones(estrogen E2, follicle stimulating hormone FSH) were detected.Results During the follow-up after 3 months, the total effective rate of the observation group was 90.0%, higher than that of the control group(82.5%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was significant difference in BMD between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.01). The level of E2 in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the level of FSH in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Bushen Zhuanggu ointment is effective in the treatment of perimenopausal osteoporosis and it is worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
