【摘要】 目的探讨多巴胺和硝普钠联合用药治疗重度心力衰竭的疗效。方法选择2017年6月～2018年6月在我院心内科治疗的80例重度心力衰竭患者随机分为两组,对照组采用常规治疗方法,在此基础上观察组给予多巴胺和硝普钠联合用药,比较两组患者的临床疗效、血压及心率变化、心功能各指标变化、症状改善情况。结果观察组治疗有效率为92.5%,明显高于对照组的72.5%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后心率、收缩压、舒张压、呼吸频率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后LVEDD、LVESD明显低于对照组,而LVEF、SV、SVI明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后呼吸困难、气短喘息、肢体水肿、心悸、乏力等症状积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多巴胺和硝普钠联合用药治疗重度心力衰竭的疗效显著,能有效减慢心率、降低血压、改善心功能,改善临床症状,延长患者的生存周期,具有积极的临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of combination of dopamine and sodium nitroprusside in the treatment of severe heart failure. Methods 80 patients with severe heart failure who were treated in our department of cardiology from June 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received conventional treatment. On this basis, the observation group was given dopamine combined with sodium nitroprusside. The clinical efficacy,blood pressure and heart rate changes, changes in cardiac function indicators, and symptom improvement were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 92.5%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(72.5%)(P<0.05). The heart rate, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and respiratory rate of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, LVEDD and LVESD in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, while LVEF, SV and SVI in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). The symptom scores of dyspnea, shortness of breath, limb edema, palpitations and fatigue in the observation group was significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of dopamine and sodium nitroprusside is effective in the treatment of severe heart failure. It can effectively slow heart rate, lower blood pressure, improve heart function, improve clinical symptoms and prolong the life cycle of patients. It has positive clinical significance.更多还原
