多协议现场总线控制系统创新型试验设计

【摘要】 为了培养学生的创新能力,结合行业的研究热点和现有试验设备条件,设计了远程实时监控的多协议现场总线控制系统(FCS)。通过配置网关搭建PROFIBUS-DP与DeviceNet、PROFIBUS-DP与GPRS等现场总线设备的硬连接,将支持不同现场总线协议的可编逻辑控制器(PLC)和总线仪表搭建现场总线控制系统,实现多协议现场总线控制设备与上层系统之间的数据交换和远程管理。试验包含两个创新点:解决在不同现场总线协议设备之间的通信问题;通过GPRS实现移动终端对现场总线控制系统无线的、实时的嵌入式远程监控。试验过程涉及控制网络的硬件集成、控制策略组态、网关的配置、PLC控制器设置,以及上位监控系统的画面组态等。通过系统性、创新性地开展试验,提升了学生综合应用知识解决工程实践问题的能力,培养了学生自主创新的实力。

【Abstract】 In order to cultivate students’ innovative ability,the multi-protocol fieldbus control system(FCS) with remote real-time monitoring was designed in combination with the research hotspots of the industry and the existing experimental equipment conditions.By configuring the gateway to set up the hard connection between PROFIBUS-DP and DeviceNet,PROFIBUS-DP and GPRS and other Fieldbus devices,and building the Fieldbus control system with programmable controller(PLC) and fieldbus instruments which support different fieldbus protocols,the data exchange and remote management were realized between the multi-protocol field bus control device and the upper layer system.The experiment includes two innovations: solving the problem of communication between different fieldbus protocol devices; realizing wireless and real-time embedded remote monitoring of fieldbus control system by mobile terminals through GPRS.Hardware integration of control network,configuration of control strategy and gateway,setting of PLC controller,and screen configuration of upper monitoring system were involved in the experiment process.Through systematic and innovative experiments,the ability of students to comprehensively apply knowledge to solve practical engineering problems has been improved,and the strength of students’ independent innovation has been cultivated.
