龙葵酚类成分的研究
Phenols from Solanum nigrum
【摘要】 目的研究龙葵Solanum nigrum Linne的酚类成分。方法龙葵95%乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯部位采用MCI、Sephadex LH-20柱、制备薄层色谱和反相高效液相色谱进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为4-(4-羟基苯基)-2-亚甲基丁内酯(1)、槲皮素(2)、山柰酚(3)、对羟基苯甲酸(4)、邻羟基苯甲酸(5)、反式对羟基肉桂酸(6)、顺式对羟基肉桂酸(7)、反式咖啡酸乙酯(8)、顺式咖啡酸乙酯(9)、顺式阿魏酸(10)、反式阿魏酸(11)。结论化合物1为新天然化合物,化合物2为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物5~10为首次从茄属植物中分离得到。
【Abstract】 AIM To study the phenols from Solanum nigrum Linne.METHODS The ethyl acetate extract of 95% ethanol extract from S. nigrum was isolated and purified by MCI,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography, preparative TLC and reversed-phase HPLC, then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data. RESULTS Eleven compounds were isolated and identified as 4-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-2-methylenebutyrolactone(1), quercetin(2), kaempferol(3), p-hydroxybenzoic acid(4), o-hydroxybenzoic acid(5), E-p-hydroxy-cinnamic acid(6), Z-p-hydroxy-cinnamic acid(7), trans-caffeic acid ethyl ester(8), cis-caffeic acid ethyl ester(9), cis-ferulic acid(10), trans-ferulic acid(11).CONCLUSION Compound 1 is a new natural compound, compound 2 is isolated from this plant for the first time,and compounds 5-10 are isolated from genus Solanum for the first time.
