【摘要】 为了寻找对果蝇羽化具有良好抑制作用的植物,采用刺三加、烟草、野菰、艾蒿进行研究。结果表明:不同浓度刺三加、烟草、野菰、艾蒿鲜叶提取液对果蝇羽化的抑制作用随着浓度的升高而增强。在各浓度下抑制果蝇羽化作用最好的是刺三加。刺三加、野菰和艾蒿是药食同源植物,刺三加可祛风散寒,野菰可治虚弱、尿闭及肿毒,艾蒿有消肿止咳等作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Acanthopanax trifoliatus,Nicotiana tabacum,Aeginetia indica and Artemisia argyi were used to determine if they could be inhibitory of Drosophila pupa emergence. The inhibitory effects of fresh leaf extracts from the four species on the pupa emergence of Drosophila increased with extract concentration. At equal concentrations extracts of A.trifoliatus were the most effective. These plants are known for their medicinal properties: A. trifoliatus that can dispel wind and dispel cold,A. indica that can cure weakness,urinary incontinence and swelling toxin,and A. argyi that can relieve swelling and cough.更多还原
