【Abstract】 The process of replacing methanol with propylene oxide unit for the production of MTBE was analyzed and discussed. By analyzing the changes in the displacement of methanol and MTBE products in the actual industrial production process, the reasons for the over-temperature and overpressure of the purification tower were obtained. It is concluded that the factors affecting the quality of MTBE products, including methanol purity, water content, propylene oxide content, etc., have a practical guiding significance for the follow-up of methanol replacement.更多还原
