基于Ansoft的盘式磁力耦合器的仿真研究

【摘要】 盘式磁力耦合器是一中新型的传动装置。根据盘式磁力耦合器的机械结构和工作原理,利用Ansoft Maxwell软件对盘式磁力耦合器进行了三维建模和仿真分析,得出的磁感应强度云图和涡流密度矢量图验证了仿真设置的正确性,绘出了输出转矩与永磁体轴向长度、气隙和导体盘厚度所能传递力矩的影响曲线。为盘式磁力耦合器的设计提供了参考。

【Abstract】 Disk magnetic coupler is a new type of transmission device. According to the mechanical structure and working principle of disk magnetic coupler. using Three-dimensional modeling and simulation analysis of disk magnetic coupler are carried out by using Ansoft Maxwell software. The magnetic induction intensity contours and eddy current density vector images validate the correctness of the simulation setup, and the influence curve of the output torque and the transmission moment of the axial length, air gap and the thickness of the conductor plate are drawn. This paper provides a reference for the design of disk magnetic coupler.
