【摘要】 目的观察浓缩生长因子(concentrate growth factor,CGF)对下颌阻生第三磨牙拔牙创出血、疼痛、肿胀以及干槽症发生的作用。方法将120例需要拔除下颌阻生第三磨牙的患者分成试验组及对照组两组,各60例,试验组在拔牙创中填入CGF,对照组拔牙创仅为血凝块充填,分别在拔牙术后30 min、1d、3d、7d观察拔牙创出血、疼痛、肿胀以及干槽症发生情况。结果下颌阻生第三磨牙拔除术后,试验组拔牙创出血、疼痛情况好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);两组拔牙创肿胀比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);试验组拔牙创出现干槽症0例,对照组出现干槽症1例,差异无统计学意义。结论CGF可以降低下颌阻生第三磨牙拔除后拔牙创出血及疼痛。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluates the effect of concentrate growth factors( CGF) on bleeding,pain,swelling and dry socket of mandibular impacted third molars after extraction.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with mandibular impacted third molar were randomly divided into experimental or control group,60 in each group.The experimental group was infilling CGF after mandibular impacted third molar extraction while the control group without any CGF.The bleeding,pain,swelling and dry socket of the wound after30 min,1 day,3 days and 7 days after operation were observed.Results After mandibular impacted third molar extraction,the occurrence of hemorrhage was obviously less and pain was lighter in the experimental group than those in the control group( P < 0. 05).There was no significant difference in the swelling between the two groups( P > 0. 05). Only one case of dry socket occurred in the control groups.Conclusion CGF can lower the degrees of bleeding and pain after operation.更多还原
