【摘要】 目的了解北京市全科医生对痴呆社区照顾的知识与态度,为今后开展痴呆的社区照顾提供参考。方法2017年12月~2018年1月,采用方便抽样法,在北京市8个区县14个社区卫生服务中心中选取20名全科医生。采用专题小组访谈法进行资料收集,采用内容分析法进行资料整理和分析,总结出访谈主题。结果①全科医生接受痴呆专业培训甚少;②全科医生自感痴呆照顾专业知识不足;③全科医生愿意为社区老年痴呆患者及照顾者提供力所能及的医疗照顾;④全科医生时间不足,能提供服务有限,建议建立团队管理模式。结论应加强社区医务人员痴呆相关专业培训及社区卫生人力资源配置;同时探索建立以全科医生为主导的专科、社区卫生服务中心、社区居委会三方联动的社区痴呆团队管理模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate general practitioners′ knowledge and attitudes toward dementia care at community level in Beijing, so as to provide reference for future practice in dementia care at community level. Methods From December 2017 to January 2018, a total of 20 general practitioners were selected from 14 community health service centers across 8 districts and counties in Beijing. Data was collected through focus group interviews and was analyzed by using content analysis, which further summarized the themes of the interviews. Results ①General practitioners lacked professional training of dementia; ②general practitioners were fully aware of their lack of professional knowledge of dementia care; ③ general practitioners were willing to provide medical care for patients with dementia and support for caregivers in the community; ④ services would be confined to the limited time general practitioners could spare, a team-based management model was hence recommended. Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the professional training of community medical staffs in terms of dementia and the allocation of human resources for community health care, explore the establishment of a community-based dementia team management model for dementia care, which is led by general practitioners and is in cooperation with specialists, community health service centers and community committees.更多还原
