MRC联合DCE-MRI定量参数在结肠癌分期及分级中的应用

【摘要】 结肠癌是常见的消化道恶性肿瘤,早期诊断及合适的治疗方案可明显改善患者的预后。本文着重对磁共振结肠成像(magnetic resonance colonography,MRC)及动态增强扫描(dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI,DCE-MRI)定量参数在结肠癌分期及分级中的应用及常用技术予以综述。

【Abstract】 Colon cancer is the common gastrointestinal tumor.Early diagnosis and appropriate treatment can significantly improve the prognosis of patients.In this paper,we reviewed the value of MRC and DCE-MRI in staging and grading of colon cancer.The new technique of them will also be represented.
