【摘要】 目的研究血栓弹力图参数在指导产科大出血及妊娠期高血压疾病治疗中的应用价值。方法抽选50例产科大出血或妊娠期高血压患者纳入本次试验,采用随机双盲法分为参照组25例和研究组25例,分别以传统凝血功能检测指标和血栓弹力图参数为指导制定治疗方案。统计并比较2组输血、抗凝治疗情况以及治疗效果。结果研究组血浆、冷沉淀使用量低于参照组,肝素使用剂量及使用时间高于参照组,且治疗总有效率高于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以血栓弹力图为指导,对产科大出血或妊娠期高血压患者实施相应治疗,可以更合理地指导血制品的输注和抗凝药物应用,并可提高治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the application value of thrombelastogram parameters in the treatment guidance of massive obstetric hemorrhage and pregnancy-induced hypertension. Methods 50 massive obstetric hemorrhage or pregnancy-induced hypertension patients were selected. According to random double-blind method,patients were assigned to reference group(n=25)and research group(n=25). The reference group was treated under the guidance of conventional coagulation function indicators; the research group was treated under the guidance of thrombelastogram parameters. The transfusion conditions,anticoagulant therapy and curative effect were compared. Results The usage amount of plasma and cryoprecipitation in the research group was lower than reference group; the application dosage and duration of heparin in the research group was increased; the total effective rate in the research group(96.0%)was higher than reference group(84.0%)(P<0.05). Conclusion Under the guidance of thrombelastogram parameters,it is possible to take the corresponding therapy with reasonable blood product transfusion and anticoagulant drugs,and increase the curative effect.更多还原
