【摘要】 目的探讨空心钉张力带钢丝联合应用内固定治疗髌骨横断骨折的临床疗效及对膝关节功能的影响。方法选取我院2018年11月—2019年1月期间收治的100例髌骨横断骨折患者,利用随机数字表法分为2组各50例。对照组行克氏针张力带固定治疗,观察组行空心钉张力带钢丝联合应用内固定治疗,对比2组临床疗效、骨折愈合率、骨折愈合时间及膝关节功能。结果观察组治疗优良率较对照高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组骨折愈合时间较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后3个月,2组HSS评分均升高,且观察组较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论空心钉张力带钢丝联合应用内固定治疗髌骨横断骨折可有效提升临床疗效,促进骨折愈合,改善患者膝关节功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of internal fixation with cannulated screw and tension band wire in treatment of patellar transverse fracture and its influence on knee joint function. Methods 100 patients with patellar transverse fracture admitted in the hospital from November 2018 to January 2019 were selected,and they were divided into two groups by random number table,with 50 cases in each group. Control group was given fixation with Kirschner wire and tension band,while observation group was given internal fixation with cannulated screw and tension band wire. The clinical efficacy,fracture healing rate,fracture healing time and knee joint function were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent rate of treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05);The fracture healing time of observation group was shorter than that of control group(P<0.05);After surgery for 3 months,the HSS scores of two groups increased,and observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Internal fixation with cannulated screw and tension band wire in treatment of patellar transverse fracture can increase clinical efficacy,promote fracture healing,and improve knee joint function.更多还原
