【摘要】 目的探讨定位推拿联合关节松动术治疗偏瘫肩痛的临床效果。方法将来我院就诊的60例偏瘫肩痛患者随机分成2组各30例,对照组采用关节松动术治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加以定位推拿治疗,比较2组的临床效果。结果2组治疗后的疼痛评分(VAS)及肩关节被动活动度(PROM)较治疗前均有改善,但观察组的改善幅度比对照组大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论定位推拿联合关节松动术治疗偏瘫肩痛的临床效果良好,能有效缓解患者的肩痛症状,提高肩关节活动度,值得临床推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of localization and massage combined with joint mobilization for the treatment of hemiplegia and shoulder pain. Methods Sixty patients with hemiplegic shoulder pain who were treated in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases each. The control group was treated with joint mobilization,and the observation group was treated with localization and massage on the basis of the control group. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The pain score(VAS)and shoulder mobility(PROM)of the two groups improved after treatment,but the improvement of the observation group was larger than that of the control group. There was a big difference between the two groups.,P<0.05,was statistically significant. Conclusion The clinical effect of localization and massage combined with joint mobilization for the treatment of hemiplegia and shoulder pain is effective. It can effectively alleviate the symptoms of shoulder pain and improve the mobility of shoulder joints. It is worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
