【Abstract】 In ancient China,the policy of emphasizing agriculture and restricting commerce was always followed,but the commercial culture has a long history. Business proverb is a reflection of business activities and a valuable asset of business management experience,which retains many records of business production and life. Through sorting out the business culture in proverbs,we can understand the material culture,institutional culture and spiritual culture in business proverbs.
