【摘要】 目的:优化妇幼民生服务模式,设计基于互联网+的妇幼云平台,为目标人群提供可及、便捷、优质的医疗服务。方法:采用Java语言、迭代模式和云平台技术开发面向妇幼群体的妇幼云平台及其移动App。结果:妇幼云平台与移动App在目标人群、医疗保健机构和项目主管部门中的推广和应用,提高了民生实事项目的实施效率,优化了服务模式,形成了制度化、规范化、长效化的工作机制。结论:基于互联网+的妇幼云平台具有部署灵活、安全性高、投入成本可控、应用简单、规范管理等优点,可为各级区域妇幼服务平台的建设提供指导和借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To develop an Internet +based cloud platform to optimize maternal and children medical service.Methods The platform and a corresponding App were developed with Java language, iteration mode and cloud technology.Results The application of the developed platform and mobile App in target population, healthcare institutions and supervision organizations contributed to enhancing the efficiency of liveliness projects, optimizing service mode and constructing institutionalized, standardized and long-acting service mechanism. Conclusion The platform developed gains advantages in mobility, safety, cost, application and management, and references are provided for grades of regional maternal and children medical service platforms.
