【摘要】 目的探讨PICC护理在白血病患儿中的应用效果。方法选取2012年11月至2017年11月我院收治的86例白血病患儿为研究对象,根据护理方法的不同将其分为对照组与观察组,各43例。对照组患儿给予常规护理,观察组患儿给予常规护理+PICC护理。比较两组患儿的护理效果。结果护理后,观察组患儿的置管依从性及家属认知情况评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿的并发症总发生率及不良事件总发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,两组患儿SCARED各项评分及总分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,两组患儿的PedsQLTM3.0各项评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 PICC护理在白血病患儿中的应用效果显著,可以提高患儿的置管依从性及家属的认知情况,降低患儿的并发症及不良事件发生率,改善患儿的焦虑性情绪障碍及生活质量水平,值得推广与应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of PICC nursing in children with leukemia. Methods A total of86 children with leukemia treated in our hospital from November 2012 to November 2017 were selected as the research objects. According to the different nursing methods, the children were divided into control group and observation group,with 43 cases in each group. The children in the control group were given routine nursing, while the children in the observation group were given routine nursing + PICC nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the scores of compliance of catheterization and family recognition in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The total incidences of complications and adverse events in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After nursing, the scores of the SCARED and total scores in the two groups were lower than those before nursing, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05). After nursing, the scores of the PedsQLTM3.0 and total scores in the two groups were higher than those before nursing, and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion PICC nursing has a significant effect on children with leukemia, which can improve the children’s compliance of catheterization and the cognition of their families,reduce the incidences of complications and adverse events, and improve the anxiety disorder and quality of life of children.It is worth popularizing and applying.更多还原
