【摘要】 重症医学是一门综合性极强的医学临床学科,其在国内近十年发展迅速,从事重症专业的医务人员数量快速增加。临床要求从事重症专业的医务人员需具备全面的知识、过硬的技术和良好的心理素质。因此,在重症医学教学过程中迫切需要提高教学效果,以适应重症医学的快速发展。在带教过程中,除了常规的理论授课和技术操作示范之外,笔者尝试进行以Workshop模式为切入点的授课方法,获得了良好的教学效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Critical care medicine is a highly comprehensive subject. In recent ten years, critical care medicine has developed rapidly in China, and the number of staff engaged in critical care medicine increased rapidly. It is required that the medical staff engaged in critical care should have comprehensive knowledge, excellent technology and good psychological quality. Therefore, it is urgent to improve the teaching effect in the teaching process of critical care medicine in order to adapt to the rapid development of critical care medicine.
