【Abstract】 The safety of surgery and the quality of life of elderly patients after surgery are major challenges facing medicine today. In recent years, a series of peri-operative optimization measures for the concept of accelerated recovery after surgery(ERAS) have achieved remarkable results. The core of the measures is to minimize the surgical injuries and maximize the stress control. As an indispensable component of ERAS, the preventive multimodal analgesia strategy is used throughout the perioperative period, which effectively reduces the incidence and degree of acute pain after surgery. This article reviews the application of preventive multimodal analgesia in the peri-operative period and provides the best analgesia for elderly patients.更多还原
