融合方向指纹和RSS相对关系的定位方法研究

【摘要】 为了降低指纹数据库匹配定位时因接收设备天线方向性和差异性引起的RSS失配问题,提出一种融合方向指纹和RSS相对关系的室内定位方法。基于方向指纹库的RSS相对关系指纹提取定位方法分为离线阶段和在线阶段。离线阶段,建立方向指纹数据库。在线阶段,先通过方向指纹进行匹配,然后采用RSS相对关系指纹提取方法进行指纹匹配,匹配过程通过DTW算法提高匹配效率和准确度。实验结果表明,定位精度得到有效提高,不同设备定位结果趋于稳定,在实际定位系统中更具有普适性。

【Abstract】 An indoor positioning method by fusing directional fingerprints and RSS relative relationships is proposed to reduce the RSS mismatch problems caused by the antenna orientation and difference of the receiving device during matching and positioning of the fingerprint database. The fingerprint extraction and positioning method based on the RSS relative relationship of the directional fingerprint database consists of the offline stage and online stage. In the offline stage,the directional fingerprint database is established. In the online stage,the directional fingerprints are used for matching,and the fingerprint extraction method based on the RSS relative relationship is adopted for fingerprint matching. The matching efficiency and accuracy in the matching process are improved by using the DTW algorithm. The experimental results show that the proposed positioning method can effectively improve the positioning accuracy,and can obtain stable positioning results of different devices,which has a general applicability in actual positioning systems.
