【摘要】 目的分析影响血液调剂管理质量的相关因素,对血液调剂过程实施动态管理,保证血液调剂顺利进行。方法通过统计2013—2017年血液调剂类别和频次,分析流程对血液调剂管理质量的相关影响因素,进行剖析。结果 2013—2017年间血液调剂次数共152次,且调血次数及血量逐年递增。结论血液调剂是季节性、阶段性血液紧张时期缓解临床供需矛盾的重要手段。只有掌握血液调剂管理的关键环节,才能建立稳定有效的血液调剂联动平台,做好应急血液供应保障,满足临床用血需求及质量安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the related factors affecting the quality of blood transfer management, and to implement dynamic management of the blood transfer process to ensure the smooth progress of blood transfer. Methods By analyzing the type and frequency of blood transfer in 2013-2017, the related factors affecting the quality of blood transfer management were analyzed. Results The number of blood adjustments was 152 between 2013 and 2017, and the number of blood tests and blood volume increased year by year. Conclusion Blood adjustment is an important means to alleviate the contradiction between clinical supply and demand during seasonal and staged blood stress. Only by mastering the key links of blood management, can we establish a stable and effective blood transfer linkage platform, ensure emergency blood supply,and meet clinical blood demand and quality safety.更多还原
