低分子肝素联合泼尼松对小儿肾病的治疗效果
Therapeutic Effect of Low Molecular Weight Heparin Combined With Prednisone on Pediatric Nephropathy
【摘要】 目的探讨低分子肝素配合泼尼松对小儿肾病综合征的治疗效果。方法 2017年10月—2019年2月选取黑龙江省医院收治的100例小儿肾病为研究对象,采用随机数字法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。观察组采用低分子肝素配合泼尼松对患儿进行治疗,而对照组则单独采用泼尼松治疗,比较两组的治疗总有效率及尿蛋白水平、血肌酐(serum creatinine,Scr)、血肌酐清除率(clearance creatinine,Ccr)等各项肾功能指标的变化情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为96.00%、尿蛋白水平(1.84±0.11) g/h、Scr(63.81±6.74)μmol/L、Ccr(63.48±5.81)m L/min;对照组的治疗总有效率为82.00%、尿蛋白水平(2.63±0.15)g/h、Scr(89.67±8.81)μmol/L、Ccr(58.64±5.16)mL/min。两组间相关指标对比,差异存在统计学意义,P <0.05。结论小儿肾病患儿应用低分子肝素联合泼尼松治疗,能显著改善患儿的肾功能指标,提高治疗的总有效率。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of low molecular weight heparin combined with prednisone on children with nephropathy. Methods 100 children with nephropathy from October 2017 to February 2019 were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with low molecular weight heparin combined with prednisone, while the control group was treated with prednisone alone. The total effective rate, urinary protein level, serum creatinine(Scr), creatinine clearance rate(Ccr) and other renal function indexes were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%, urinary protein level(1.84 ± 0.11) g/h, Scr(63.81 ± 6.74) μmol/L, and Ccr(63.48 ± 5.81) mL/min. The total effective rate of the control group was 82.00%, urinary protein level(2.63 ± 0.15) g/h, Scr(89.67 ± 8.81) μmol/L, and Ccr(58.64 ± 5.16) mL/min. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of low molecular weight heparin combined with prednisone in children with nephropathy can significantly improve the renal function and coagulation index of children, and improve the total effective rate of treatment.
