【摘要】 目的探讨口腔种植上颌窦提升术联合口腔正畸治疗的价值。方法选定本院收治的上颌后牙缺损患者64例,研究时段自2016年3月—2018年3月,对患者进行随机编号,利用抽签法分组,分对照组(32例,常规治疗)、试验组(32例,口腔种植上颌窦提升术联合口腔正畸治疗),比较临床疗效、不良情况发生率。结果试验组临床总有效率(90.63%)显著高于对照组(67.75%),试验组不良情况发生率(6.24%)显著低于对照组(24.99%),P <0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论针对种植牙正畸情况,上颌窦提升术联合口腔正畸效果理想,且安全性较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of oral implant maxillary sinus augmentation combined with orthodontic treatment. Methods Sixty-four patients with maxillary posterior teeth defect were selected in the hospital. From March 2016 to March 2018, patients were randomly numbered and grouped by lottery. The control group(32 cases) was treated with routine treatment. The experimental group(32 cases) was treated with oral implant maxillary sinus augmentation combined with orthodontic treatment, compared the clinical efficacy and the incidence of adverse conditions. Results The total clinical effective rate(90.63%) of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(67.75%). The incidence of adverse events in the experimental group(6.24%) was significantly lower than that of the control group(24.99%), P < 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion For orthodontic implants, maxillary sinus augmentation combined with orthodontics is ideal and safe.更多还原
