【摘要】 目的分析预见性护理对宫颈癌根治术后尿潴留的防治效果。方法选取2016年1月—2018年12月来我院进行手术治疗的324例宫颈癌患者,使用随机分配法将患者分为对照组和观察组,其中对照组162例,观察组162例,对照组采用常规的护理方式,观察组采用预见性护理,观察两组患者在宫颈癌术后的尿管留置时间以及尿潴留的发生率。结果观察组患者的尿管留置时间(12.6±1.8)d明显短于对照组的(16.1±3.3)d;观察组患者尿潴留的发生率(10.23±2.1)%明显低于对照组的(18.5±2.7)%,两组数据比较差异明显(P <0.05),有统计学意义。结论预见性护理干预在一定程度上可促进宫颈癌的根治术患者的膀胱恢复,可以有效的缩短尿管的留置时间,还可以减少尿潴留的发生几率,值得临床上推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the preventive and therapeutic effect of predictive nursing on urinary retention after radical operation of cervical cancer. Methods 324 patients with cervical cancer who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random allocation method. There were 162 cases in control group and 162 cases in observation group. The control group was given routine nursing methods. The observation group was given predictive nursing. Rate.Results The indwelling time of urinary catheter in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(16.1 ± 3.3) d. The incidence of urinary retention in the observation group(10.23 ± 2.1) % was significantly lower than that in the control group(18.5 ± 2.7) %. There was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05). Conclusion Predictive nursing intervention can promote bladder recovery of patients undergoing radical operation for cervical cancer to a certain extent, shorten the indwelling time of urethra effectively, and reduce the incidence of urinary retention, which is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
