对九脚探头磁导率、检测电压与应力相关性研究

【摘要】 为了研究九脚探头的磁导率、检测电压与应力之间的关系,基于法拉第电磁感应定律和磁路定律,推导了九脚探头的磁导率同检测电压的关系.利用该探头测试了Q235,Q255,Q345钢试件在不同应力条件下,探头的检测电压同励磁电压、应力之间的变化曲线关系,实验结果表明:在相同的励磁电压下,测试应力在达到试件屈服点之前,检测电压同应力呈线性关系,在测试应力达到试件屈服点附近时,检测电压随应力增加而快速降低,呈非线性关系,从而证明了磁导率、检测电压、应力三者之间的关联性.

【Abstract】 Based on the Faraday’s law and the magnetic circuit law,the relationship between the detection voltage and permeability of nine feet probe was deduced.With the nine-feet probe,the Q235,Q255,Q345 steel samples were tested under different stress.The results showed that before the test stress reached the yield point of the sample,the detection voltage was linear with the stress.When the test stress reached the yield point of the sample,the detection voltage decreased rapidly and nonlinearly with the increase of the stress.This proved the correlation between permeability,detection voltage and stress.
