碱式碳酸镁微观结构对视比容影响
Effect of microstructure of basic magnesium carbonate on apparent specific volume
【摘要】 以氢氧化镁和二氧化碳为原料,采用加压碳化法制备碱式碳酸镁。考察了二氧化碳分压、反应温度、搅拌转速和反应时间对碱式碳酸镁颗粒形貌影响,同时探究了碱式碳酸镁微观结构对其视比容的影响。采用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、热分析仪对产物的形貌、物相和热分解做了表征。结果表明:二氧化碳分压为0.6 MPa、反应温度为90℃、搅拌转速为200 r/min、反应时间为2 h得到的碱式碳酸镁为大小均匀、片层交叉堆积的规则球体,其视比容最高为10.54 mL/g。
【Abstract】 Basic magnesium carbonate was prepared by pressured carbonization method using magnesium hydroxide and carbon dioxide as raw materials.The effects of CO2 partial pressure,reaction temperature,stirring speed and reaction time on the morphology of basic magnesium carbonate were investigated.Meanwhile the influence of microstructure of basic magnesium carbonate on its apparent specific volume was studied. Morphology,phase and thermal decomposition of the product were characterized by SEM,XRD and TG-DSC.Results showed that the optimized condition was as follows:partial pressure of CO2 was 0.6 MPa,reaction temperature was 90 ℃,stirring speed was 200 r/min and reaction time was 2 h.Under the optimal conditions,basic magnesium carbonate was prepared as a regular sphere with uniform size and cross-stacked layers.The maximum apparent specific volume of basic magnesium carbonate reached to 10.54 mL/g.
