天然石墨的高价值开发与利用

【摘要】 天然石墨是不可再生的矿物资源。随着我国经济增长模式的转变,天然石墨资源的深度开发和高价值利用是全体从业人员的共识。开发基于天然石墨的新材料和下游产品,既要充分利用石墨材料的特殊物性,也要考虑下游产品的市场前景和容量。整合产业界、学术界的相关力量,加快推进以锂电池负极材料、高导热石墨块体、高导热柔性石墨纸、功能复合材料、建筑节能材料(石墨聚苯板、导热型石膏板、辐射制冷终端)为代表的新材料新产品的产业化进程,既有利于提高天然石墨矿物的利用价值,也有利于国内下游产业的升级。

【Abstract】 Natural graphite is a non-renewable mineral resource. There is consensus amongst all industry personnel that natural graphite mineral should be developed and utilized with high value especially when our mode of economy growth has been changed in these years. Both the special property of graphite materials and the product prospects capacity should be considered when new materials and downstream products based on natural graphite are planned. In order to accelerate the industrialization of new materials and new products such as Li-ion batteries anode materials(spherical graphite), high thermal conductive graphite block, high thermal conductive flexible graphite membrane, functional composites, building materials for energy-saving(Graphite modified polystyrene board,thermal conductive gypsum board, graphite radiation refrigeration terminal), the cooperation between industry and research should be further strengthened. The cooperation will then be benefit to the utilization of natural graphite mineral and the upgrade of downstream industry.
