【摘要】 目的探讨肛周脓肿合并糖尿病患者手术的效果。方法选取该科2017年7月—2018年7月收治的肛周脓肿合并糖尿病患者48例,随机分为2组各24例,观察组采用一次性根治术,对照组采用单纯引流术。结果观察组治愈率为95.8%,显著高于对照组83.3%(P<0.05);观察组FPG (5.81±0.34)mmol/L显著低于对照组,切口愈合时间(22.4±2.3)d显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对肛周脓肿合并糖尿病患者采取一次性根治术,能有效缩短病程,提高治愈率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of surgery on patients with perianal abscess and diabetes. Methods Fortyeight patients with perianal abscess and diabetes mellitus admitted to our department from July 2017 to July 2018 were randomly divided into two groups: 24 patients. The observation group received one-time radical surgery and the control group received simple drainage. Results The cure rate of the observation group was 95.8%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(83.3%)(P<0.05). The FPG(5.81±0.34) mmol/L in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the incision healing time(22.4±2.3) d was significantly shorter in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion One-time radical surgery for patients with perianal abscess and diabetes can effectively shorten the course of disease and improve the cure rate.更多还原
