【摘要】 目的分析64排128层螺旋CT脑血管呈像(CTA)在椎动脉血管内支架成形术术前评估中的临床意义。方法对2011年5月—2016年7月广西百色市人民医院255例症状性椎动脉开口狭窄患者行椎动脉开口支架术,所以患者术前均行64排128层螺旋CT脑血管呈像(CTA),经评估后分别行经股动脉或经桡动脉入路椎动脉血管内支架成型术,观察手术成功率、围手术期并发症发生率及临床疗效。结果 255例患者技术成功率达100%(255/255)。围手术期未发生动脉夹层、支架内血栓形成、颅内出血等并发症。术后临床症状体征明显好转,总有效率达94.5%。结论 CTA诊断椎动脉狭窄准确率高,对于介入手术的入路选择有较好的指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical significance of 64 rows of 128-slice spiral CT cerebrovascular imaging(CTA)in the preoperative evaluation of vertebral artery angioplasty. Methods Of May 2011 to July 2016, in the hospital 255 cases of symptomatic patients with vertebral artery narrow opening line opening vertebral artery stent, so patients with preoperative 64 row 128 layer in spiral CT cerebral imaging(CTA), after evaluating the respectively through femoral artery or via radial artery approach vertebral arteries scaffold molding technique, to observe the surgical success rate, perioperative complications, and clinical curative effect. Results The technical success rate of 255 patients was 100%(255/255). There were no intraoperative complications such as arterial interlayer, stent thrombosis, intracranial hemorrhage, etc. Postoperative clinical symptoms were significantly improved, with a total effective rate of 94.5%. Conclusion CTA has high accuracy in diagnosing vertebral artery stenosis, which is of great guiding significance for the selection of interventional operation.更多还原
