【摘要】 高校实验室安全问题涉及的种类多、社会影响大,安全管理存在管理体制与机制不科学、责任体系不健全、安全意识淡薄、人员队伍力量薄弱等问题。如何切实做好高校实验室安全管理工作,面临诸多困难与挑战。从体制机制改革、加大安全投入、推进安全教育课程化、制度化,抓好实验室安全准入制度的落实,努力实施"以人为本"、主动互动式的安全文化建设,将有利于高校实验室安全管理工作的有序开展,营造安全的教学科研环境,推进高校各项事业的可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 University laboratory safety problems vary in different fields. The social influence of accident that happens in university laboratories is larger. There are many problems, such as management system is not scientific, the responsibility system is not perfect,safe consciousness is light,management and technical team strength is weak. How to do a good job in the safety management of university laboratories is faced with many difficulties and challenges. It needs to reform the system and mechanism, to increase the safety input, to promote the curriculum and institutionalization of safety education,and to carry out the implementation of the safety access system of the laboratory.Implementing the " people-oriented" and active interactive safety culture construction will be conducive to the orderly development of laboratory safety management,createing a safe teaching and research environment,and promoting the sustainable development of various undertakings in colleges and universities.更多还原
