【摘要】 实验室是高校人才培养与科学研究的重要基地,其安全至关重要。安全管理是一门专业性很强的工作,尤其是多学科交叉融合的生态学实验室。针对生态学实验室安全隐患复杂、人员流动性大的特点,分析了安全管理工作的内容与特点、存在的安全隐患问题,对安全管理体系构建进行了实践与探索。现结合实践提出"安全第一、以人为本、预防为主"的管理理念,倡导建设实验室安全文化与安全管理制度,形成有效互补,积极消除安全隐患,确保实验室安全。实践表明,该体系使实验室取得了多年来无安全事故的效果,可为安全管理体系建设提供参考与借鉴的经验,共同维护和谐校园。更多还原

【Abstract】 Laboratory is an important base for personnel training and scientific research in colleges and universities,and its safety is very important. Safety management is a highly professional work,especially in the ecological laboratory of multidisciplinary integration. In view of the characteristics of ecological laboratory with many hidden dangers and large staff mobility,this paper elaborates the safety management of the laboratory from three aspects: the content and characteristics of safety management,the potential safety problems and the practice, and exploration of safety management measures. This paper put forward the " safety first,people-oriented, prevention-based " management philosophy,advocated the construction of laboratory safety culture,and laboratory safety management system to form an effective complementarity,and actively eliminated potential safety problems to ensure laboratory safety. Through the practice and exploration of safety management system,it has obtained the effect of no safety accident over years. It may provide reference and experiences for the safety management of other laboratories,in building a harmonious campus.更多还原
