【摘要】 教学与科研的均衡发展是我国青年教师在自身培养过程中较难把握的问题。在高校的竞争环境中,面对科研、评职及生活负担等问题,很多青年教师往往以牺牲教学质量为代价,将更多的精力投入到科研中。这样做一方面降低了教学效率,阻碍了教学能力的提升;另一方面对科研的过度专注使得教师的潜意识还停留在学生时期,缺乏教学过程中应有的使命感和责任感,难以在短时间内完成从学生到大学教师的角色转变。结合当前高校创新创业背景,从青年教师自身发展的角度,阐述青年教师面临的主要问题与挑战,并以国外高校青年教师素质提升的研究为例,提出青年教师的师德、教研能力、科研能力、正确的科研观与教学观培养,国际化意识与能力培养、青年教师自身创新能力及促进学生创新意识培养的六维培养模式。得出聆听与博爱共存,教学与科研并重,人才培养与科学研究相依的结论。更多还原

【Abstract】 Balanced development of teaching and research is a difficult question for the self-cultivation of young teachers in our country. In the competitive environment of universities,faced on the problems of research task,professional title assessment and living burden,many young teachers often put more energy into scientific research at the expense of teaching quality. On the one hand,it reduces the teaching efficiency and hinders the improvement of teaching ability.On the other hand,the excessive focus on scientific research makes the teacher subconscious mind still stay in the student period,lacking the sense of mission and responsibility in the teaching process. It is difficult to complete the role transition from student to university teacher in a short time. Based on the background of innovation and entrepreneurship in universities at present,this paper expounds the main problems and challenges faced by young teachers from the perspective of the development of young teachers themselves,and takes the research on improving the quality of young teachers in foreign universities as an example. A six-dimensional training mode is proposed such as young teachers should cultivate their teachers ’ ethics,teaching and research ability,scientific research ability,correct scientific research view and teaching view,internationalization consciousness and ability cultivation,innovation ability of young teachers themselves and promoting the innovative consciousness of students. Final conclusion includes coexistence of listening and universal love,equal stress on teaching and research,interacting between talents cultivation and scientific research.更多还原
